YouTube - Watch & Share
During
this seminar YouTube was discussed immensely. The case study entailed most of
the information about YouTube that is feasible online. To me this particular
topic was not as interesting, since I do not really have any particular
interest in YouTube.
After
reading the case study we did have to answer couple of questions, I liked the
last question the most which was in regard to the dangers that could arise for
it if all content is user-generated – to me this question was very stimulating
since I believe it is a good question for a discussion. This is because I see
both drawbacks and benefits of user-generated content. But in order to avoid
legal and ethical issues I believe that YouTube is doing the right thing by
monitoring the content that is uploaded.
Teamwork
As I mentioned in
my previous blog, my team has decided to talk about a company called HR Education LTD since one of
our teammates' father is the division director for that company in UK. This
means that we can have easier and more unbiased access to the
information that we will need for our presentation.
I personally have reservations toward two of my teammates. However I am happy to be working with Dzani and Mahnoor.
I am a perfectionist and lately I have been quite tired due to the amount of workload and time constraints since I have multiple jobs alongside university. I hope I can finish this presentation without it being negatively affected by my work and lack of sleep.
